   1.About the Office

The Student Affairs Office is the functional department of the school party committee and administrative executives responsible for the education management of the students. Under the leadership of the school party committee and administrators, it works on the ideological and political education, behavior management and development of the student body, fulfilling the functions of unified planning, guidance, coordination, supervision and assessment of student affairs on behalf of the school. The Student Affairs Office currently has one section, one office and three centers, which are respectively responsible for the conduct of ideological and political education of college students, the building of a team of counselors, the management of day-to-day affairs of college students, military training for freshmen, national defense conscription, college student funding, employment guidance and services for college students, alumni reception, college students' mental health education and counseling.

  2.Organizational Structure

1. Ideological and Political Education Section

The Ideological and Political Education Section deals with: ideological and political education for college students, the construction of counselors’ team, student development education, publicity, military training for freshmen, national defense conscription, the management of student residence and day-to-day-affairs.

2. Student Financial Assistance Center

The Student Financial Assistance Center is responsible for student awards and loans, including comprehensive quality assessment, evaluation and assessment for student awards and loans, and offers work-study guidance services, and funded educational programs.

3. Alumni Office.

The Alumni Office is responsible for formulating alumni work plans, management of alumni chapters, alumni reception and services, and editing of alumni association journals.

4. Career Center

The Career Center is responsible for formulating graduate employment work plans, employment management, providing graduates with job opportunities, employment guidance, consulting services, and vocational skills training.

5. Mental Health Education and Counseling Center

The Mental Health Education and Counseling Center provides students with mental health screening, individual counseling and group counseling services, and offers longer-term follow-up counseling for students with severe psychological problems. The center also involves in research projects concerning Psychological Crisis Intervention and other related theories.
