1.About the Office

The Admissions Office is responsible for the recruitment of students under the leadership of the department heads. The main tasks include: drafting the relevant rules, regulations and plans for the College’s admissions work and implementing them in strict accordance with the guidelines of the competent departments; drawing up and reporting the enrollment plans; drafting enrollment guide, editing and designing the brochures and other promotional materials; organizing and coordinating the consultation and promotional marketing of college enrollment, etc.


   2.Organizational Structure

The Director oversees the general work of the Admissions Office, formulates and organizes the implementation of the office’s working systems and working plans; His other duties include reporting and adjusting the annual enrollment plan; contacting the media and arranging publicity work, establishing good cooperative relations with admissions departments and key high schools in relevant provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions); etc.

The comprehensive management officers are responsible for the daily administrative affairs and assisting in the formulation and submission of the undergraduate enrollment plan, student source plan and Admissions Regulations; analyzing and reporting the statistics of various types of enrollment data etc.

The admissions and promotion officers are responsible for drafting annual promotional marketing programs for college recruitment and leading volunteers to carry out related activities; the collection, arrangement, typesetting, design, printing and mailing of the brochures; the informatization construction of enrollment and the construction, update, maintenance and management of the portal website and other promotional platforms; the construction of relevant database for enrollment and work related to admissions consultation etc.
