1.About the Office

The Inspection and Audit Office is responsible for inspection work of the whole college. It inspects clean governance, official performance and moral and disciplinary conducts independently in line with national laws and regulations and the college’s rules and mechanisms. Specifically:

1．It monitors and inspects all units and staff members in terms of honesty in duty performance, abidance by law, and devotion to duties. By doing so, it offers suggestions concerning administration, and sees to it that the college has set up a sound system of risk prevention.

2. It deals with all complaints, accusations and charges against any unit or staff member of all illegal, immoral or unethical conducts.

3. It inspects accountability of all units and staff for financial, duty and moral problems, and claims responsibility according to Disciplinary Measures for Violation of Discipline and Law of NFC Staff.

4. It addresses teachers’ or students’ appeals against any verdict made by the college.

5. It promotes audit laws and regulations and carries out all the college’s audit work.

6. It is supposed to accomplish other work assigned by the college and superordinate inspection and audit offices.

   2.Organizational Structure

The Inspection and Audit Office comprises of an inspection and audit division and an inspection position with their responsibilities respectively being:

The Inspection and Audit Division is in charge of drafting and reviewing relevant regulations, work plans, reports and summaries. It also executes the audit position and is involved in all audit work of all schools and departments, including special audit, general audit and audit of financial responsibilities. It obtains relevant audit evidence, makes up audit work manuscripts, and fulfills other work assigned by other offices.

The inspection position is responsible for monitoring and inspecting all schools and units in implementing national laws and regulations and resolutions, decisions and regulations made by the college. It carries out special inspection under authorization on key work assigned to each school, deals with letters and calls inside the college, addresses appeals, complaints, accusations, etc., and inspects anyone under inspection on their misconducts against national laws and regulations and the college’s resolutions, decisions, rules and regulations.
