1.About Us

The Labor Union Committee was founded in November, 2006 and established the Standing Committee of the Teachers' Congress in 2014. The Labor Union Office is responsible for carrying out the work of the Labor Union, safeguarding the rights and interests of faculty members, and improving the welfare system.

The Labor Union is mainly responsible for: preparing and organizing the member representative assembly; organizing cultural and sports activities that are beneficial to physical and mental health of the faculty members; providing welfare benefits; assisting in meeting faculty members’ needs with respect to housing and children's schooling; keeping and managing the funds, property and finance of the Labor Union; the construction of Labor Unions at all levels and the development of new members;

Faculty and Staff Representative Congress is mainly responsible for: preparing and organizing Faculty and Staff Union Representative Assembly; improving the democratic management system; listening to and reflecting the opinions and requirements of the faculty members; collecting, managing, supervising and implementing the proposals of the Congress; accepting the faculty's recommendations and representations.
