Security Department

   1.About the Department

The Security Department is the functional department of the school responsible for security work.

The Security Department adheres to the principle of “being people-oriented, serving teachers and students, strengthening management, and improving efficiency” and the goal of “maintaining campus safety and building a peaceful campus”, and fulfills duties as follows:

1. conducting safety management, safety education and safety services for all teachers and students. The daily management tasks include public security, transportation, fire protection, campus order, students’ collective hukou, information research, safety publicity and education, etc.

2. building and maintaining a safety technical prevention system, and fulfilling the functions to guide, inspect, coordinate, and serve the security work of the school.

3. improving the school's safety management system in accordance with the law, assisting and cooperating with relevant government departments to carry out related work.


The Security Department was established in April 2014. It has a comprehensive security management department comprising the Public Security Traffic Team, the Integrated Affairs and Fire Fighting Team. Since the establishment of the Security Department, all leadership teams have made great efforts to make great contributions to the school's security and stability.


Under the leadership of the school leaders, and the guidance of the police station, with the support and cooperation of all the teachers and students, the security department strives to strengthen its team building, mechanism and system, so as to meet the demands of school leaders, and the majority of teachers and students. In the future, the Security Department will practice the spirit of school motto, unite and cooperate, strive to meet challenges, and build a service-oriented department that is clean, efficient, ensuring the security of all teachers and students.

   2.Organizational Structure

The Department comprise three Sections as follows:

Comprehensive Security Management Section:

This Section is mainly responsible for establishing and improving various security management systems for the campus; organizing the publicity and education of fire safety; students’ household registration management; the registration and management of temporary residents and floating population on campus.

Public Security and Transportation Team:

It is responsible for the public security and traffic management of the College; the construction and management of the monitoring room and the “Campus 110”  platform.

General Affairs and Fire Services Team:

The Team is responsible for coordinating the integrated affairs of the College's fire management and organizing the fire brigade to extinguish fire at initial stages and assisting the public security and fire department with the investigation of the college fire accidents.

Positions:

Director of Security Department:

Responsible for the overall management of the department.

Chief of the Comprehensive Security Management Section:

Providing assistance for the Director and undertaking the overall work of the Comprehensive Security Management Section.

Public Security Traffic Post:

Managing the comprehensive affairs of public security management and traffic management.

General Affairs and Fire Service Post:

Assisting the Chief of the Coordinator in coordinating the general affairs and fire management work.
