   1.About the Office

The duties of the Development Planning and System Construction Office include:

l organizing the research of applied transformative development of undergraduate schools;

l preparing work briefs, work plans, work summaries, analysis reports, etc. for the College's plan of “invigorating school through innovationand its application-oriented transformative development;

l discovering and sorting out the problems in the transformative development of the College;

l proposing suggestions for building the College into an application-oriented model university and promoting the progress of “invigorating the school through innovation” .

l organizing research on the improvement of specific issues and administrative effectiveness in the process of development of the College, effectively sorting out the “last mile problem” in institutions and mechanisms which hinders the development of the College and proposing the system construction promotion and the formation of a benign operation mechanism to serve the school and improve the management service level according to the needs of different development stages of the school.

l organizing the research of private education policies, regulations and the development of private colleges and universities, putting forward relevant consulting reports to serve the school's leadership decision-making;

l drafting the overall development plan of the College, coordinating and promoting relevant departments in formulating respective and specific plans;

l putting forward development ideas and serving the College to improve the quality and level of education.

   2.Organizational Structure

General Affairs Administrator:

General Affairs Administrator is responsible for day-to-day notifications, official document drafting and publication and external file delivery, asset and file management, budgeting and financial reimbursement, as well as publicity, reception and conference preparation.

School Affairs Researcher:

The duties are to assist in the development of undergraduate applied transformation research, to compile the briefs, plans, summaries and reports with regard to the College’s transformation to an “innovation-driven” and application-oriented school, to sort out the problems and propose countermeasures and suggestions.

Institutional Construction Specialist:

The responsibilities of the institutional construction specialist include: assisting in the study of specific problems and the improvement of administrative effectiveness in the process of the College’s development, removing the institutional barriers according to the needs of school in different development stages, and propose to improve the system construction, forming a benign operational mechanism.

Development Planning Officer:

The development planning officer is responsible for assisting in carrying out research on policies & regulations and the development of private colleges, putting forward relevant consulting reports, drafting the overall development plan of the college, coordinating and promoting the planning of relevant departments.
