In January 2023, the school established the New Generation Information Technology Industry Institute in collaboration with China Unicom and other enterprises. The Industry Institute, grounded in the current state of new-generation information technology industry development, begins with practical training courses. It combines theory with practice, integrating "teaching, learning, practicing, and competing" into a unified approach that utilizes big data. This approach enables students to develop the ability to apply information technology knowledge, aligning with the demands of new-generation information technology and job requirements. It also explores market-oriented development of new-generation information technology specialties, aiming to achieve the goal of cultivating outstanding application-oriented talents.
