In October 2020, the school established the Digital Smart Headhunting Institute in collaboration with RSI Talent Technology Group Co., Ltd. and other enterprises. Through this school-enterprise cooperation, a talent cultivation program for the "Modern Headhunting Elite Class" was jointly developed. This program adopts a modern talent cultivation model that integrates industry-academia collaboration, alternating work and study, and incorporates internships. Courses are designed and teaching is organized according to enterprise talent specifications, ensuring the quality of talent cultivation meets the requirements of partnering companies.

In the future, the school will continue to use the construction of new industrial colleges as a focal point.
