On the afternoon of May 14^th, to thoroughly implement the new concepts and to fully understand Guangdong economic situation, 2019 Guangdong Economic Situation Report and the 108^th Forum was held in Library Lecture Hall, Nanfang College of Sun Yat-Sen University. Li Shenglan, Professor of economics of Lingnan College of Sun Yat-Sen University, Associate Dean of the Institute of Free Trade Zone of Sun Yat-Sen University and Associate Dean of Research Institute of Decision Science in Sun Yat-Sen University, was invited as the keynote speaker, and he gave an insightful report on the current economic situation in Guangdong.

 

Combining theories and real cases, Professor Li Shenglan explained complicated issues such as current Chinese economic situation, the strategy of economic development and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area construction in simple terms, which helped audience further understand the current domestic and international economic situation and better understand the national economic development strategy and policy.
