In order to intensify university student’s passion for creativity and entrepreneurship, set up a platform to connect university students’ projects to social investment, and assist the innovative development of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macau Greater Bay Area, a delegation from Guangdong-Hongkong-Macau Greater Bay Area Youth Creativity Center paid a visit to the College and had formal discussions with representatives of our college. The Joint Secretariat Executive Secretary of the Center Huang Enhua, Standing Consultant Zhao Meiyi, South China Career Management Society Secretarial General Tan Hanhua, Administrative Officer of Secretariat of the Center Wu Caixia, Assistant President of the College Huang Nansong, Director of the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Department Liang Yundong, Standing Deputy Chief of Teaching and Research Department Yan Wuyin, Deputy Director of the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Department Ye Na, Assistant Professor of Academy of Politics and Business Studies Ge Mengyao (Taiwan), representatives from the Student Affairs Office, Teaching and Research department,  and the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Department attended the meeting.

Assistant to President Huang Nansong warmly welcomed the delegation led by Huang Enhua. “Our students have had a good number of successful stories of starting up their own businesses. One of our graduates now owns a company with 500 million market value. Entrepreneurship and creativity are always essential abilities we would like to deliver to our students and we have been making amendments to our programs to achieve our goal of building a high-quality application-oriented university. We are delighted to have Guangdong-Hongkong-Macau Greater Bay Area Youth Creativity Center to work with us and provide our students with more opportunities to develop their creativity and entrepreneurship.  As a positive response to the central government’s call of encouraging people to do business creatively and drive innovation, we will make our contribution to the Guangdong-Hong Kong- Macau Great Bay Area.

Secretary General Huang Enhua of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macau Greater Bay Area Youth Creativity Center gave detailed instructions to the center ever since its establishment. The two parties also exchanged ideas on working together on “Creativity and Entrepreneurship Competitions” and relevant training programs, creativity training and project planning and experience of organizing creativity and entrepreneurship competitions.
